My services focus on; developing self-awareness, cultivating positive feelings and understanding negative thoughts. This is achieved through conversation, contemplation, mindfulness and meditation. Everyone who wants or needs counselling and healing should have access to it. That is why I offer my services at an affordable rate based on your income. Counselling...
Counselling is a training in self-awareness aimed at improving the relationship we have with ourselves, others and the present moment. Counselling will help you approach yourself and others with curiosity, patience, and compassion.
My approach is similar to cognitive behavioural therapy, narrative therapy and exposure therapy. I also take inspiration from attachment theory. I’m experienced in helping with trauma, anxiety, depression and more. We will work together to reveal your inner wisdom. Deep down you already know why you think, feel and behave the way you do. Together we’ll uncover it and tap into the strengths you already have.
Chakra Reading...
The chakras house and facilitate the movement of mental and emotional energy. When negative thoughts and feelings go unresolved they may become subconscious. When this happens, you no longer know why you think, feel or behave the way you do. A chakra reading reveals our subconscious beliefs (how we really feel) and can provide immediate meaningful insight.
By examining the chakras in meditation I’m able to see some of your thoughts and feelings. By describing what I see and feel, your attention is turned inward. This will help you recognise, understand and accept your own thoughts and feelings. The reading will reveal patterns of thought and behaviour in a way that helps you heal and develop.
Energy Healing...
When negative thoughts and emotions are met with resistance, the energy gets trapped. This affects the flow of energy through the chakras and channels of the energetic body (subconscious mind). Blockages may manifest as general anxiety and depression. They may even manifest as physical pain and disease. The presence of a blockage almost always represents negative thoughts and beliefs. Shame and resentment, for example, are common causes of these blockages.
In an energy healing, I attempt to clear the chakras and channels of negative energy and pervade them with positive energy. I use techniques like Reiki and Therapeutic Touch. I also use methods developed from my personal experience.
Courses...
I’m currently running a trial of my Learning To Be Happy course. It is a complete training in self-development and self-counselling. It teaches logic, reason and critical thinking skills in addition to the practices of mindfulness, meditation and Buddhist psychology. These skills help us recognise negative and self-limiting beliefs and aid in the cultivation of positive thoughts and feelings. You will also learn effective communication skills and how to heal from trauma.
I am creating two courses on Psychospiritual Healing, the Fundamentals of Energy Work and Reading the Chakras. These courses combine counselling and psychotherapy with spiritual practices like energy work.
