Reconnect With Yourself
Many of the patterns we struggle with aren’t just mental, they’re held physically, in the nervous system and body. When attention is brought to these areas in a steady, supported way, they often begin to release on their own.
Energy work is an experiential practice that works directly with your internal state, helping shift things like physical tension, emotional intensity, and the way your system holds stress.
Rather than focusing on talking through problems, sessions involve slowing down and bringing attention to what’s happening in your body in real time. As this happens, people commonly notice a sense of softening, emotional movement, and increased clarity, without needing to force change.
Why Change Can Feel Difficult
Many people already have insight into their patterns. They can see what they do, understand where it comes from, and even know what they would like to change. And yet, the same reactions still happen.
These reactions show up as automatic emotional responses, physical tension, and nervous system habits that don’t shift through logic alone.
So even when you try to think differently, your system continues responding in the same familiar ways.
This is where a more experiential approach becomes useful. Instead of trying to override these patterns through thinking, we can work with them at the level where they’re happening.
What a Session Looks Like
Sessions are simple and relaxed. At the beginning, we can briefly talk about anything you’re already aware of: thoughts, emotions, or patterns you’d like to shift. Some people also come in with a sense of how they’d like to feel, or beliefs they want to strengthen. This is completely optional.
If helpful, I may guide you through a short meditation to help you settle into your body and feel more grounded and present.
Using my hands, I work above and around the body (without physical touch), moving attention and energy through the system as a whole—supporting the release of what’s been held, while also introducing and reinforcing more positive, balanced states.
At times, I may guide your awareness to certain parts of your body or invite you to notice what you’re feeling. You’re welcome to share what you experience, or simply stay inward and observe.
At the end, we briefly reflect on what came up and how you can support the integration of the session moving forward.
What You Might Experience
- Tingling, warmth, or subtle waves of sensation
- A sense of heaviness releasing or shifting
- Release of grief, joy, anger, or relief
- Visual light and colour or internal imagery
- A feeling of stillness, openness, or clarity
- Fatigue, as your system settles or releases tension
Not every session feels dramatic. Sometimes the shifts are subtle, and become clearer afterward through a sense of ease, clarity, or feeling more like yourself.
Like physical tension, emotional and energetic patterns often unwind gradually. This work supports that process over time.
When This Approach Works Best
Energy healing can help shift how you feel in the moment, softening tension, opening emotional space, and creating a sense of movement. At the same time, some patterns are connected to deeper beliefs, experiences, or ways of relating that benefit from more conscious exploration.
For this reason, some people choose to combine this work with chakra readings or counselling.
If your primary focus is how you feel, and you’d like support shifting your emotional or physical state more directly, energy healing is often a good fit.
If you’re looking for more insight into your patterns, and want them reflected back to you, along with space to talk through them and understand how to work with them more intentionally, a chakra reading may be more helpful.
These approaches often complement each other. One works more directly with your current state, while the other brings clarity to what’s underneath and how to relate to it.
In either case, you don’t need to believe in anything specific for this to be meaningful experience. What matters most is your willingness to stay present with your experience.
A Practice Developed Through Experience
This approach has developed over years of personal practice, professional work, and intuitive exploration. While my approach and practice is influenced by modalities like Reiki and Therapeutic Touch, the sessions are not scripted.
Each session is tailored to your state of mind, your energy, and what feels ready to shift.
Rather than applying a fixed method, the work unfolds through presence, attention, and responsiveness to what’s happening in real time.
